Eurofins GeneScan develops assays tailored to your demands. We design qualitative or quantitative PCR assays for the host cell target of your interest. Alternatively we offer the quantification of DNA by unspecific methods like e.g. PicoGreen™. In outsourcing processes, we integrate and optimise existing methods in our laboratories. Our applied development department offers the following services:

• Development and optimization of DNA extraction methods
• Automated sample preparation for high throughput testing
• Development of qualitative and quantitative assays from scratch
• Validation of the assay according to ICH Q2 or customer-specific requirements
• Implementation of the assay in the routine testing laboratory, under GMP conditions on request
