Robert Brockmeyer is a state-certified food chemist. For more than 15 years he has held various positions at Eurofins SOFIA GmbH, most recently as head of environmental analysis and head of research and development. For more than a year, he has focused on establishing the first methods for the analysis of microplastics in a German Eurofins laboratory. He is a member of the project group "Microplastics" of the German Association of Independent Testing Laboratories (Deutscher Verband Unabhängiger Prüflaboratorien e.V.) as well as of the working committee "Determination of Microplastics in Food " of the DIN e.V.
With this webinar, you will expand your knowledge of microplastics and the analytics necessary to detect it in different matrices. This will help you to make a risk assessment of your own products with regard to microplastics.
