Nicole Braun, PD Dr. - Managing Director Dr Nicole BRAUN studied biology at the Ruhr University Bochum and completed her Ph.D. in 2007 in immunology at the University Hospital in Essen. After that, she went to James Cook University, Australia to work as a postdoc at the School of Pharmacy and Molecular Sciences. In 2011, she joined DermaTronnier, Institute for experimental Dermatology at Witten/Herdecke University and moved 2021 into her current position as Managing Director. She has over 10 years of experience in dermatological research. PD DR. Nicole Braun is also involved in lecturing at the University of Witten/Herdecke. |

Ulrike Heinrich, Prof. Dr. - Scientific Director The scientific direction of the institute is in the hands of Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Ulrike Heinrich. The graduate biologist has habilitated in experimental dermatology and works as a professor at the University of Witten/Herdecke. She is a regular presenter at scientific congresses worldwide and gives highly regarded lectures. At the same time, she is the contact person for the partners and clients of Eurofins Derma Tronnier. |

Laure Grefen, Dipl. - Biol. Laure Grefen studied biology at the Albert-Ludwigs-University in Freiburg and Eberhard Karls University in Tübingen. She has worked for service providers in biotechnology gaining experience in several teams, both in the UK and in Germany. In 2021, she joined Eurofins Derma Tronnier, Institute for Experimental Dermatology at Witten/Herdecke University, as customer and sales manager. |
