Controlled application tests with evaluation of acceptance criteria

It is absolutely necessary that in a basic compatibility test, the epicutaneous test is complemented by the controlled application test. With this test compatibility is examined on a limited number of potential consumers under practical conditions and over a certain period of time. The objective is to possibly record cumulative irritative-toxic effects, which, despite the maximisation, do not become visible in a one-time patch test. In addition, the subjective efficacy and cosmetic acceptance can be recorded.
