Through continued participation in CORESTA and other tobacco industry organisations our analytical services are always based on the newest information in the industry.

In addition to maintaining our impartiality, longstanding experience, independence and integrity, our paramount quality objectives include validity and comprehensibility for our test results as well as the completion of tests within the promised time schedule.
Besides regular internal audits and method monitoring, we also test the reliability of our analysis methods through regular participation in proficiency tests and inter-laboratory comparisons. We have successfully participated in CORESTA/FAPAS proficiency tests since 2005.
