Welcome to the Eurofins Food Testing webinars information section. Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions about the webinars. Find out about the services offered by our webinars, how to register and which technical requirements are necessary to participate. Answers to frequently asked questions:

I am interested in a webinar, but I don't have time on the given date. Is a recording available afterwards?

Yes. After the live webinar, you will receive an e-mail from us with a link to the recording even if you did not attend the live event. Enter your name and email address and watch the recording on-demand for up to four weeks.

Will I receive the presentation slides after the webinar?

Yes, you will receive the slides (and any additional material) as a protected PDF handout automatically by e-mail from us after the webinar.

What are webinars on demand and how do they work?

Our on-demand webinars are recordings of past live webinars. Just like the live webinars, you can book them via the XING Events ticket shop. You will receive an e-mail with a link to the recording as well as to the handout. You can now watch the recording at any time and pause the video in between. If you have any follow-up questions for the speaker, please send them to the contact address given in the webinar and we will get back to you with the appropriate answer as soon as possible.

I don't have a XING account, can I still register for a webinar?

Yes, you can use the XING Events ticket shop even without a XING account and do not need to create an account when booking a webinar.

Can I also book a webinar directly with you or is this only possible via XING?

Our webinars can only be booked via the XING Events ticket shop.

I have registered for a webinar, but am unable to attend on the day of the webinar. Can a colleague attend in my place?

That is no problem. Please provide us with your colleague's first name, last name and email address and we will send him or her their own dial-in link for the webinar to the email address provided. If you would also like us to adjust your invoice, please let us know.

How can I cancel a webinar registration?

In your registration confirmation from XING Events you will find the item "Cancellation options". You can use this link to cancel your order if the webinar has not yet taken place. In case of cancellation, the full invoice amount will be refunded. If you need help with the cancellation, please contact marketing-food@eurofins.de.

Which payment methods are available?

You can pay by invoice, Paypal or credit card.

XING is not created as a supplier in our system. Can I get an invoice directly from Eurofins?

No, unfortunately this is not possible. However, we would be happy to provide you with the supplier data and an account confirmation from XING, which you can use to create XING in your system.

I have received a promo code for a webinar. How can I redeem it?

You can easily redeem your promo code when you book a webinar in the XING ticketshop. To do so, go to the webinar for which you have received a discount voucher and select the option "Click here to enter a promotion code". A field will open in which you can enter your code and confirm with "OK". The invoice amount will then be adjusted automatically.

What are the technical requirements for participating in the webinar?

You can follow our webinars on your PC or mobile device via the GoToWebinar App. A functioning internet connection is required. For optimal sound we recommend the use of a headset. If you do not have a headset/speaker, it is also possible to receive the audio stream via telephone. Information on dialing into the webinar and a link to test your system requirements can be found in your registration confirmation.

The webinar has already started, but I cannot dial in. What can I do?

First check your internet connection, leave the webinar if necessary and try to dial in again. If your IT policy is very strict, GoToWebinar may be blocked by your firewall. In this case please contact your in-house IT department. If there are problems with the sound, you may need to select another audio device directly on your computer. An alternative could be to dial in by phone. Please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail (marketing-food@eurofins.de) or by phone at +49 (0) 40 49294 3223 if you have any problems and we will help you to solve them. Since all webinars are recorded, you can easily watch the presentation afterwards and you will not miss anything. You will receive the recording automatically by e-mail.
